Q&A with Dr. Botts
Is there a significant price difference between dailies vs. monthlies?
The cost is relatively comparable. Daily lenses can be more expensive if you’re switching them more than once a day, yet monthly lenses are accompanied by the cost of buying disinfectants and solutions to sterilize and store your lenses.
Assuming that your vision prescription can be supported equally by daily or monthly contacts, your final choice is a personal one. Only you and your qualified optometrist together can make this decision!
